Early spring on tallac

Toured up cathedral bowl of tallac. Good spring conditions on south-southeast aspects. Deep freeze overnight with corn softening around 11-12. Northern and shaded aspects have not undergone enough freeze thaw cycles. They have a hard crust (breakable down lower) with underlying facets. Some areas have soft wind deposited snow on top of this crust that was globing to skins add temps warmed up. Didn't see any rollerballs or signs of wet slides.
