Storm approaching Waterhouse Peak

I toured Waterhouse today, Monday 2021/03/08 beginning at 10:21am.  Tracks up were icy unless covered with recent snow.  Chose to break new track in many cases because of this.  There were signs of snow blown over recent tracks.

The wind was light and coming from the S/SE and deflected by the ridge.  Gusts picked up around 9150 ft.  Once at the peak, strong gusts were present.

Weather was similar to today's forecast.  But light snow was falling rather than snow showers.  On returning to vehicle down on 89 aroun 01:45pm, 1mm-2mm light snow was falling.
