Slab observation on The nipple

Went Snowmobiling out at Blue lakes The weather was cold to start but sunny and warm with little to no wind. Snow conditions in this area were variable with, melting freeze crusts, sweet pockets of storm snow and wet loose snow by mid day. Snow was starting to soften by mid morning and continued throughout our ride. The wet snow never showed to much in the way of instability, mostly slough release's during a turn. At best there was a trace amount of snow from last Mon/Tue storm cycle, this snow was only found in shaded protected areas.
